Special Orders
Thank you for choosing Chocolate Lab to satisfy your sweet tooth! Special orders can be placed for a variety of reasons, whether you just want to secure your favorites during busy times, impress your loved ones, give the best corporate gifts, or send your wedding guests home with a piece of handmade magic, we have you covered.
Please read all of our information carefully before submitting your order request. Since we are a small business, we cannot fill same day or next day orders. Please consider calling the store to check if your favorites are in stock.

Important Information
When should I place my order?
We require a minimum two weeks notice for most orders. More complicated requests, or orders for 75 or more people may take more notice. Orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance will be denied, or charged a rush fee relative to the size of the order.
How does pricing work?
Our special orders are priced on the same scale as our in-store shopping prices. Most items are charged by weight at $26 per pound. Some items, like lollipops, stars, and truffles, are priced individually, we will be happy to go over the pricing of your specific order before you are expected to pay anything. If your order is priced by weight, we will at least be able to give you a close estimate to your final order. All special orders require a minimum 25% deposit at the time of the order.
What happens after I submit my request?
Once your preorder request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation from either our chocolatier or our retail manager within 1-3 working days (For us, working days are Tuesday-Sunday!). At this time, we may go over any remaining questions we have to make your order perfect, and provide you with an estimated quote for your order. You will need to place a deposit over the phone or in person within 3 days of receiving your email confirmation. Orders without deposits will not be fulfilled.
